The range of motion for most people’s forearms is significantly less than what your designed for. This causes you to go to war against your own tissue when you engage flexion, extension, pronation or supination of your forearm. . So your weakness is being emphasized by your tissue restrictions. . Do this series twice a week independent of your training (or after training and after you shave). . And you’ll not only have no more wrist or elbow pain, you’ll also have iron grip forearms. .
